To ensure this philosophy is a reality, we believe strongly in the development of three way partnerships between the students, instructors and the course sponsors. Our goal is to achieve the maximum benefit for all.  By establishing long-term relationships, courses are delivered in a more focused, cost-effective manner which provides a longer lasting benefit to the participants.  It is our belief that well trained employees are an asset to the organization.  Dedication to providing the highest level of training is the mission of BC training Ventures.
